Social Marketing & Fundraising: 30 Years Between Heart & Brain
For three decades, my world has revolved around social marketing – and yes, I know, that almost sounds like I've been collecting donations with fax machines. During this time, I've had the pleasure of working for some of the world's most well-known non-profit organizations: as a marketing manager, member of the executive board, board member, supervisory board member and, most recently, as an entrepreneur.
My mission?
1. Fundraising to the many – during my active time I was able to collect over half a billion euros for a good cause.
2. Connecting companies and good causes – over 500 successful collaborations are proof of this.
3. Building strong teams – because big changes don’t happen alone, but in great teams
A real highlight? The Krombacher rainforest project – initiated with the brewery's managing director and Günther Jauch. Germany's most successful charity promotion to date. Cheers to sustainable impact!
Since 2021, I've been out of day-to-day business, but not out of passion. Today, I combine neuroscience with social marketing to get people even more excited about important topics - because if you understand what makes us tick, you can bring about real change.
